ABSTRACT
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of pulmicort respules inhalation in children with acute infectious laryngitis.Methods We selected acute infectious laryngitis in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016,106 children were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group of 53 cases,of which the control group of children with conventional treatment,the observation group to take Pulmicort respules inhalation treatment,the two comparison(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 100％and 90.56％respectively(P<0.05).Results The treatment effect of the observation group and the control group were observed and compared(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group after treatment and the time of symptom extinction were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); The clinical symptoms of both groups before and after treatment were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis by atomizing inhalation of pulmicort respules can obtain obvious therapeutic effect and reduce the adverse reaction caused by improper use of drugs,(fever,cough,wheezing,etc.)have a good improvement in clinical application worthy of recognition.
ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of edaravone on vascular Parkinson syndrome. Methods 78 patients in our hospital who accepted treatment were selected as the study samples.They were divided into two groups which included treatment group (n =39)and control group (n =39)by random number table meth-od.The control group were given routine treatment,mainly including madopar,aspilin and cripar,however,the treat-ment group administered edaravone on the basis of conventional treatment.After total 2 periods of treatment,the score of UPDR,therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded and compared.Results The therapeutic effective rate was 92.31% in the treatment group,which was significantly higer than that of the control group (66.66%),and the difference was statistical significance (χ2 =4.251,P 0.05).The patients in the observation group mental,e -motional and behavioral score were lower than those of the control group (t =4.568,4.113,4.345,all P <0.05),and there was no adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion The treatment of edaravone in vascular Parkinson syndrome can obviously enhance the therapeutic effect,improve the treatment efficiency,has less adverse reaction and good tolerance,it is worth for clinical reference.

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment efficacy of mutabilis coated nasal ointment to postoperative nasal septal reconstruction.Methods After surgical reconstruction,116 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group ac-cording to random method,58 cases in each group.The treatment group was given mutabilis coated nasal ointment combine with physiological seawater nasal care device;the control group was only given physiological seawater nasal care device in the same time. The effects were observed for 6 months.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group (98.28%),the two groups had significant difference(P 0.05);the incidence of infection and cavity stricture in the treat-ment group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of mutabilis coated nasal oint-ment can promote the wound healing of nasal cavity,but also can prevent the operation adhesion,and shorten repair time,so as to improve the clinical effect of operation.
